Circuit Party Jewelers is known for providing gem quality men’s and women’s pearl chokers and pearl strands as well as platinum chains that have traditionally only been available at high-end, fine jewelry establishments. We sell at wholesale prices. Due to our low overhead and lack of a “middle man”, we are able to offer our items for 40-60% off the suggested retail price. We definitely believe that an educated consumer is our best customer and encourage you to shop around. When you do, you will find that for GIA grade A+/Gem Quality pearls and PT 950 platinum chains, Circuit Party Jewelers is the lowest priced in both the retail and internet markets. Items we list for $2300 can be found in retail stores starting at $4700 and no less than $2700 on the internet.
All of our men’s and women’s platinum pearl chokers, leather pearl chokers, and pearl strands come with an independant, warranted appraisal done by a registered appraiser who is a GIA Graduated Gemologist. GIA certification is available for an extra charge. Platinum is priced according to the daily London Spot Market.

Payment: US buyers may pay through PayPal, United States Postal Service (USPS) Money Order, or Cashier’s Check. NO MONEY ORDERS OTHER THAN USPS ARE ACCEPTED AND NO PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED (DUE TO THE HIGH INCIDENCE OF FRAUD). Please keep in mind that Hawaii banks may put a hold of up to 15 (fifteen) days on Cashier’s Checks depending on the originating state. Payment is due within 7 (seven) days of invoice. International buyers must pay through PayPal within 7 (seven) days of invoice. We ship on the next postal day after payment clears. International buyers are responsible for all duties and taxes!
Refund Policy: Your satisfaction is guaranteed. In the event your item arrives damaged, unwearable, or you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase via phone or email and obtain a refund authorization number. Be sure to include your name, order number, phone number, address, and reason for exchange/refund in the email. Orders without refund authorizations may not be processed. You will then be required to ship the item back in ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION INCLUDING ATTACHED INVENTORY TAGS AND NECKLACE BOXES within 3 (three) days of receipt via traceable shipping method. Upon receipt, you will receive a full refund. However, if any inventory tags are removed or damaged from the choker for any reason, your purchase will be sent to GIA for recertification. After recertification you will be refunded the purchase price minus a 25% recertification fee. IF GIA DOES NOT RECERITFY YOUR PURCHASE, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AND YOUR PURCHASE WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU. Shipping refunds will only be given on items that arrived damaged. Why do we do this? There’s a lot of fraud in cyberspace both on the retail and consumer end. We are honest and hope you are too.
