Here is a hard to find Monopoly Book published back in 1974. This soft cover book is the first printing written by Maxine Brady. Approx. size is 7 H by 7 inches W. The book is in very good condition. I would rate it a 7.5 out of 10 condition wise. If you want to further protect your purchase against possible damage please inquire regarding insurance.
