It's a beautiful compact with an old style look.
When you pick up this compact you are struck by the weight - it's a solid accessory, finely crafted.
But when you look at the surface you are captivated by the thick, clear finish.
Then you notice the fine detail, and the intricate tooled metalwork accents on the piece.
The color is relaxing, a light, swirled, mint green enamel. A delicate carnation, with tiny sparkling crystals is painted on the surface!
Small crystals embellish the compact's clasp. Open the compact to fine a regular and magnifying mirror, encircled in peach colored enamel with antique style pewter tone edging. An embedded magnet keeps the mirrors closed. The bottom has a patterned pewter colored base, framed in swirled light mint green enamel.
2-11/16 inches in diameter and about 7/16 inches thick.
