I have tooooo many findings, and not enough time. This is a filigree oval opening for an 18x13mm  for an oval stone. It is in excellent condition. It is probably gold plated but not solid gold, possibly high quality base metal, from a local jewelrs estate. The entire pendant measures 1-1/8 (absolute height) x 7/8" wide overall.
