Item description for Vintage HC Book~Treasure Island~R L Stevenson~1955~NDJ

It has been read, and the cover is in excellent conditon. It shows only light shelf wear. 1955 Copyright. The interior of the book is in wonderful condition, with light foxing on the front and back pages, and tanning on the rest of the page edges...probably acid related. It is not musty, just smells like an old book should. There is no writing in it. It measures 7-3/4" x 5-1/2", and 284 pages. The binding is very solid, and the pages are unbent, and unwritten - the previous owners name is written on the inside of the front cover. None of the light cellophane that covers the outside of the book, has peeled off the binding, although there are a 3 spots where a corner has come up, and could peel.
