ITEM DESCRIPTION:
1934 Lux Toilet Soap 9" X 12" Promotional Portrait of the "King of Hollywood" Clark Gable.
Beautiful black and white, 9"x12", premium/promotional photo issued by Lux Toilet Soap and printed on light cardboard stock. Facsimile signature on front. The black border actually surrounds all four sides evenly, the item was just a little too large for my scanner bed to make this clear. There is a small text box on the otherwise blank back declaring "For your Collection! It's sweeping the country. Every one is making a personal collection of these beautiful studio portraits..." It then mentions the particular star and the film that he/she is promoting. This sale is for the single item in the title and shown below.
CONDITION/GRADING:
Grades EX+ or 6/10 with just a touch of corner wear, a couple of spots of light soiling. Very nice!
