Collectible toy for sale. Vintage early Popeye the Sailorman like character tin or metal pail by T. Cown Inc., Made in USA. This little bucket also has an image of a little girl and dog that remind me of shirley temple ... or it could be little Orphan Annie, or Dot. Fair condition, it does have marks and minor rust. About 4 inches high, it has a working red-trimmed handle. There is a Sailboat or Clipper ship impressed into the blue bottom.
