Item description for Victorian Mirrored Gold Metal Mesh Compact Powder Box

This is a tiny Victorian gold colored metal mesh compact. It IS not karat gold. It has a hinged top with a wonderful scene on it. It looks like more of a decal than enamel or hand painted. Inside the hinged top, it does say Made In USA. It has been used, as the liner of the compact is somewhat deteriorated. The mirror is in better than average condition, with slight clouding around the edges. The mesh appears to be completely in tact. There is some slight discoloration around the edges od the picture on the top. This little sewwtie measures about 2-1/2" across (including the clasp, which also works very well), and about 1-1/4" tall, when held off the table (photo #2)

This does include a flat rate for all items, big or small. In some cases, a small priced item, will cost more to mail than is paid for the item. Please keep this in mind this when bidding.
