This lovely fruit bowl / bread bowl measures 8" rim to rim wide x 4" tall. Perfect size to serve smaller family. It made from stoneware clay, thrown on potter's wheel. Glazed in a very earthy stain finish color called slate blue, High lighted with a warm tone iron red on the rim which allows the carving shows really well. high fire to cone 6. The glazed is lead free non-toxic and yes it is microwave safe and dishwasher safe.
