BARGAIN BASEMENT: This has an irregular tag on it, but I think it is just a sample. What is unique about it is that the tutu is a separate band. I have 2 more of these costumes listed in my store, but the tutu is attached to them an not removable. So, here is your chance to get a more versatile costume at a great price.
