Gorgeous royal blue and black.  This set includes a halter top that hooks behind the neck and ties in back, and also a tube bandeau/cover skirt that can be worn as a skirt, swimsuit cover up, or as a strapless tube bandeau top.  Snip the tag and it is reversible from blue to black with no seams showing.  If worn as a skirt or top you can roll it down at the top for a contrasting color band.
