It is Italian Size 46~US 12.  (waist 33" with a little stretch due to the crinkle fabric.  The hem in front is 21" in length and staggers to 30" in back)  This HOT designer piece is a jet black crinkled silky poly with asymmetric, staggered hem.  It is shorter in front and longer in the back which is so HOT! It has a side zipper and hook closure. Ruffled edge is piped in black, white, tan and gray.  Zipper has Cavalli name on it.  Flows beautifully when you walk!
