 Up for bids is this authentic Brand New with tags amazing handkerchief hem convertible dress/skirt by high-end designer RALPH LAUREN !   Size PETITE LARGE.   Gorgeous! This piece can be worn as both a skirt and a short sexy dress. I love these convertible pieces!  It has long ruffle edge down the side with a sort of rolled edge handkerchief light and flowing hem.  Feel like a fairy princess in this!  Skirt is made of 100% Silk and is fully-lined!  Pictures speak louder than words so see all the pictures I took. Has elastic at the top so it stretches. 32" unstretched across top/waist, and 28" long to the hem!
