Vintage Swirled Plastic Shoe Horn.  I am very fond of swirled or marble plastic.   I usually pick up these shoe horns whenever I can. 
This vintage advertising shoe horn is red and white swirls.  Reminds me of peppermint candy!  Stamped "Air Cusion Porto-Ped Shoes" and "Bilao's Dept Store, Houston, Texas." It is in fair-good condition with no chips or cracks but with some dings/dents and wear.  Some scratching from age and storage.    Fantastic for the collector!    These display nice- make great conversation pieces.
