From a recent NE Texas Estate Sale- Fun Vintage YODER'S HOLLYWOOD SIREN Noisemaker.  Red and Blue hard plastic.  Siren works- it makes noise.  Has playwear and scuffing typical for played with hard plastic (especally around mouth piece).  Neat item for your noisemaker collection!
