Perfect for your vintage kitchen collection!  This is an old advertising scoop from Dale's Food Mart "We Scoop The Town On Top Values."  A nice vintage light minty blue made of hard plastic.  Measures about 7 inches long.  Good used condition with some minor wear consistant with age and normal use.  No chips or cracks found.
