This book is in great shape, especially since it was a childrens workbook. It has no marks, tears, and colors are still very bright for a book of this design.
Please review the pictures carefully. There is a slight corner fold over bottom right and wear at the bottom of the spine.
I dont think you will find many of these books in as good as condition as this for a book targeted to 4-8 olds.
