Friction wheels also move the front Puffing Billy piece back and forth. Action still works.

Check pictures for condition
Item is in overall good condition for its age. Silver wheel clip on one side is missing. Top chimney stack is loose but I am not sure it wasnt made that way as part of the engine movement to give it a rocking motion like steam is coming out. I have not cleaned this piece and is ready for a nice restoration.
