These items are from an estate auction from a person that collected circus items and displays. This truck has the sticker added by the previous owner.  The stickers are so well placed you would think they came from the manufacturer!
I am not sure of the die-cast manufacturer, it does say licensed by GM on the bottom. The cab also has Thompson Garden Supply Tulsa, Oklahoma on the side. (Check Pictures)

Cab Length= 4 1/2 inches
Trailer Length = 5 1/2 inches
Width=2 1/2 inches
