Looks to be Old Military-or Sumpthin' Most of the jappaning has long worn off of the cast iron. Everything works as it should. The handles look to be either Lignum or Mahogany, and have a nice patina. Incised on the crimping handle is: "B2 UHC0 12". Looks like military code for, "Buy Me-I'm sooo alone in the world." The crimper barrell is 3/4" i.d.; it's 1-3/8" long.
