This lovely publication shows four easy methods for creating beautiful Irish Chain quilts. The first quilt alternates framed nine-patch blocks with framed blocks and embroidery for a focal point of interest. The second quilt alternates framed four-patch blocks with framed Log Cabin blocks on point. The third quilt starts with appliquéd motifs, on a background block, set at point, and the chain is created by combining four patch blocks with triangles. The fourth quilt is made by putting together sections and rows, much in the manner of putting together a puzzle. All of them are fun and easy to do, so be sure and try each one. Once you perfect the methods, you'll be creating your own unique designs in no time at all!
