This is a Plastic Ant Farm.  Has the sand and lots of other stuff in a sealed pack.  Looks like one of the yellow caps is missing from the top.  DOES NOT HAVE ANTS OR CERTIFICATE.  You'd have to get your own Ants.  Has a nice little Booklet with lots of ant info and instructions on how to set things up.  Great for home school science work. .
