Nice Glass item.  Has had many years  in the kitchen.  A generous 8 cups.  Has pour spout and handle. Has ounces. cups and ML measurements.  I used it when I canned a lot.  Great to mix and pour for pancakes and the like.  Microwave safe. 6 1/2 inches tall and 8 inches across the top (minus spout)  Heavy.
