LEGAL DISCLAIMER Although it has been proven that by adding HHO gas to an internal combustion engines fuel/air mix increases in fuel economy and decreased emissions can be achieved. We make no claims to any specific amount of fuel economy gains with the use of this device. We only claim that this device when operated properly will produce Oxyhydrogen.
By using this product
I understand that in no event shall water2gas, or any persons affiliated with water2gas be liable for consequential damages, nor shall liability on any claim for damages arising out of or be connected with the sale, delivery, use or misuse of any products or information purchased from water2gas. I, my successors and assigns, agree to hold water2gas, and all persons affiliated in any way with water2gas harmless from and will indemnify seller from damages caused by the use or misuse of the products purchased, or otherwise obtained. Use includes, but is not limited to use by myself or by any person(s) obtaining said products from me in any way. Testing your gas: HHO is extremely powerful! I highly recommend that you perform a simple bench test by adding 4 teaspoons of baking soda and 32 oz of distilled white vinegar to your tank and fill with warm water to simulate running this cell(s) at max output. Run your output hose into a container of water and then add in dish detergent… power up your cell to a 12 volt battery charger and let run a few minutes. After bubbles have formed for a few minutes ignite a heaping tablespoon of gas bubbles away from the container with an extended torch or lighter to familiarize you with its power. Some people think its ok to try and ignite the hose end of the generator or seem to think that they need ridiculous volumes of this running into their engine. Too much will damage your engine! It is a supplemental fuel only!
Your HHO cell
By using electrolysis your HHO cell will produce Oxyhydrogen, a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen gases, typically in a 2:1 atomic ratio, the same proportion as water. This gaseous mixture is widely used as a clean burning high energy renewable fuel. Oxyhydrogen will combust when brought to its auto ignition temperature. For a concentrated mixture at atmospheric pressure, auto ignition occurs at about 570 °C (1065 °F). The minimum energy required to ignite such a mixture
When ignited, the gas mixture converts to water vapor and releases energy, which sustains the reaction: 241.8 kJ of energy (LHV) for every mole of H2 burned. The amount of heat energy released is independent of the mode of combustion, but the temperature of the flame varies. The maximum temperature of about 5000 °F is achieved with a pure mixture, about 700 degrees hotter than a hydrogen flame in air. When either of the gases is mixed in excess of this ratio, or when mixed with air, the heat must spread throughout a greater quantity of matter and the temperature will be considerably lower. Oxyhydrogen improves emissions and economy of internal combustion engines when combined with air/fuel ratio and timing modification; these effects will be achieved in exchange for performance. The Hydrogen content of Oxyhydrogen affects the burn rate of fuels and lean combustion capabilities of internal combustion engines. Most newer model cars have advanced computer controlled systems that will compensate or adjust to the rich/lean conditions created by the addition of Oxyhydrogen to a certain degree. With the addition of various types of sensor enhancers/controllers, greater improvements in fuel economy can be achieved. The results will vary greatly between vehicle models and some fine tuning with the use of our MAP/MAS/O2 sensor enhancers may be needed on some vehicles.
Installation Instructions:
Find a safe place for your tank,
Run the red 10 gauge wire from the positive terminal on the tank
to the 30 on the 30/40 amp relay.
Run the black 10 gauge wire from the negative terminal on the tank to the 85 on the 30/40 amp relay.
From the negative terminal on the tank run a 10 gauge wire to
the frame.
From the 87 on the 30/40 amp relay run a 10 gauge red wire to the 30 amp fuse holder.
Run a 10 gauge red wire from the fuse holder to the positive terminal of the 12 volt battery.
Switch hook up:
Locate a place under the dash and mount the switch.
Follow the diagram for switch electrical on diagram.
HHO gas hook up:
Hook up the 1/2 x 3/8 clear hose to the brass barb on the tank.
You may need to drill a 1/2 hole depending on location of the tank to run hose through to the engine compartment.
On the air intake drill a hole 31/64 or 15/32 and tap with a 1/4 NPT 18. tap.
Screw the 3/8 x 1/4 MIP elbow into the intake and seal with silicone.
Now put the one way flash back valve on the hose.
From the tank side you will be able to blow through it.
Valve markings red to tank, blue to intake.
Hook up the other end of the 1/2 x 3/8 clear hose.
Mixture:
Remove the black cap w/vent.
Pour 4 and 1/2 gallons of distilled water in tank.
Add 4 and 1/2 level teaspoons of baking soda to tank.
Add 32 FL. OZ (1 QT.) 946 mL of distilled white vinegar to tank.
Replace black cap.
Shake tank around to mix well.
Test:
You will have to have the system hooked up to a 12 volt DC supply source.
Alway run the system at 25-30 amp's or less.
This is a large tank it may take up to 1- hour to charge the first time.
To test if the water is charged place the 1/2 clear hose in a bucket of water.
Add a small amount of dish detergent to the water.
Make sure you have the check valve on the hose.
In about 5 to 10 minutes you will see bubbles in the water.
They will not be charged yet.
In about 1/2 hour take a spoon and scoop up some bubbles and hold the spoon away from you and light with a lighter.
If they pop the system is charging.
The longer the system is on the more the water will charge.
Repeat scooping out more bubbles after 1 hour and light again.
You will hear a big difference in how load the pop will be.
