Kuan Yin
My Kuan Yin candle is made with a blend of essential oils, including sandalwood. It comes with a Kuan Yin pendant, about 1" in size. Each one is hand made by me and not two are the same. They can be worn, or placed on an altar. The pendant is tied with raffia. The candle is golden orange on top blending into a beautiful burgundy at the bottom.
On the label:
Kuan Yin is the Goddess of Compassion and Mercy. She is the one "who hears the cries of the world". Legend says that Kuan Yin, originally a princess, having forsaken marriage, lived her life in a convent, much to her father's anger and distrust. She was a Buddhist Bodhisattva, which is a mortal who has achieved enlightenment and earned the right to enter Heaven or Nirvana. When she was at the gates of Heaven, she heard someone on earth cry, and she turned back, vowing that she would stay on earth to do all she could do to ease our suffering. She would not enter Heaven until everybody could go there with her.

Not only is this candle richly colorful, but Montserrat has taken the time to research her subjects and has carefully formulated her offerings with the wisdom & ingredients necessary for crafting the perfect energy tool; in this case, candles.
