DESCRIPTION: Colored glaze is a Chinese ancient material, the application of which can be traced back to thousands of years ago. In ancient China, it was restricted to the royalty, and was believed to bring people good luck, fortune and health. Colored glaze has been reputed as one of the five Chinese traditional utensils (gold, jade, pottery, colored glaze and bronze) and treasured by Buddhism at all times.

Returns must be made within 30 days of our shipping date. Items must be returned postpaid (C.O.D returns not accepted), in unmodified, saleable condition. Custom orders are not returnable. Returns may be made by properly packaging and shipping the returnable merchandise. WITH A COPY OF THE PRINTOUT OF THE ORDER, along with any additional information that will help us process your return quickly. 25% restocking fee charged on all returned items. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you should receive a broken item, it is your responsibility to contact the Seller and the Delivery Shipping Service to file a claim within 30 days of shipping date. DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED PROPERTY TO US. The Delivery Shipping Service will pick up the package when you file a claim in its original packaging. WE DO NOT REFUND OR REPLACE INSURED ITEMS THAT WERE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. In the event this is an International Delivery, it is the Buyer's responsibility to return the package to their local postal office.
