This is for the 1994 Monster Force Lance McGruder, the PowerHouse Marksman of the Monster Force w/Proton Neutralizing Ray still in its original carded packaging (except that the plastic bubble is partially loose). The figure and accessories has never been removed. Only the cardboard backing might have some scuff wear, and a noticeable bend as well as minor edge bump due to being kept in storage. Based on a short-lived cartoon series (only 13 episodes made) from Universal Cartoon Studios and Lacewood Productions.
