I am pleased to offer this fab coat from the 60's. In a cherry red wool, this coat features luxurious mahogony mink trim at the neck and cuffs. The closure at the neck makes it appear to be a continous ring of mink ~ great detail !
It also has beautiful detailed seaming at the bodice, 2 welt pockets, a big, wide belt and a faux kick pleat at the back. Front button placket, with snap at neck and hook for the fur. This is a very heavy coat ~ and beautifully made !
It is completely lined in shimmery smooth red satin.
It has no labels except a union label which dates it definitively to the '60's. ( I just found another small label still attatched ynder the collar ~ appears to be a manufacturers label ~ states it is a size 7 )
CONDITION : This one is amazing ! There are a couple of minute spots, not noticible unless you have your nose to the coat ( and why would you be doing that ? ) The belt buckle is slightly worn on the bottom half. Otherwise ~ absolutely mint ~ she's a beauty !
