Baluch Rug- circa 1970s This is an excellent example of an Afghan prayer rug- the rug is made by the Haft Bala tribe in western Herat province near the Iranian border. This is a great black and red color combo. This rug was imported directly from Herat, Afghanistan. The wool is what you'd expect from a 30+ year old prayer rug- it is very shiny and silky, something you can't get out of the newer rugs- very nice. The rug measures approximately 32" X 55" - I offer a 100% no questions asked return policy if you do not like the rug for any reason - Shipping will be USPS Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation
