This cutie hails from the "Tattered Rabbit Farm" and his name is, you guessed it, "Andy". Andy is from the "Museum Collection" at the 100 year-old farm. He was lovingly hand-made in 1996 by Marilyn Talbot who added antique embellishments to make him very special indeed. Many of her doll renderings have been shown all over the country including The Museum of American Folk Art in New York, The Indianapolis Museum of Art, The Art Institute of Chicago, Chicago Historical Society, The Los Angeles Folk-Art Museum and The Laguna Art Museum.

Andy is signed and date by Marilyn on his arm. He has red wool hair, button eyes, appliqued nose and hand painted features. His body is tea-stained muslin. His shirt is red and beige plaid and his pants are dark blue wool. His hat, legs and suspenders are made of old blue and beige striped fabric. Antique embellishments include old buttons, red round coke token (label), old folding ruler, old paint brush, antique book (Ever Ready Dictionary, 1897). Andy's Tattered Rabbit Farm card tells all about the artist and the farm.
