I designed and crocheted this tiny dollhouse afghan in a smoke-free home. I used tatting thread and the tiniest steel crochet hook. (Tatting thread is just a little thicker than sewing thread.
The color palette is crisp and clean: diagonal stripes of variegated lavender, yellow, and a solid deep green--alternating with bands of snowy white.
The afghan measures 4 1/4 inches by just over 5 inches. It is an original design, with the traditional fabric yo-yo interpretted in a tiny crochet motif. There are 99 yo-yos in this miniature afghan, each measuring under 1/2 inch!
This dollhouse bedspread is very detailed and perfectly scaled for your miniature collection.
