I designed and crocheted this elegant dollhouse bedspread in a smoke-free home.

It measures 8 1/2 inches from side to side and 6 1/2 inches from top to bottom. It is displayed on a queen-size miniature bed.

It features a striking horizontal panel of openwork stitches, bordered with lacy shell stitches. The generous edging on either side repeats the openwork panel design.
I used a small steel hook and snowy white crochet thread.

This finely crafted bedspread is beautifully scaled and would work well is many different decorating schemes: from Victorian to country to modern.
