The WATERMILL is #14 of a series of 36 miniature porcelain houses and buildings (1980 to 1987). The series is based upon a mythical English village called Whimsey-on-WHY.
This WATERMILL is in good condition .

The WATERMILL is becoming more difficult to find and this is the last one that I have in stock.

If you want me to list any of the other buildings in the set please e-mail me as I have ALL of them available.

I also have available the 3 brightly colored cardboard display cards for displaying the buildings. These display cards are listed individually and also in sets of 3 cards.

The shipping cost to the United States is $7.95 SURFACE MAIL ( can be very slow) or $ 9.75 AIR MAIL .   I can ship 2 small items for this same shipping charge.    If you purchase a larger quantity of  Wade HOUSES  or other small  items  they can be added to this  same parcel for a small extra  shipping charge per item.

Pick-up at my house can be arranged for any of my items---sure saves on shipping charges.
