This  TURTLE  is part of a set of 8 Wade porcelain miniatures which were supplied to Tom Smith and Co. Ltd. to be enclosed in Party Crackers. This set of 8 Party Cracker figures is called  SEALIFE (1998 to 1999).

The  shipping cost  to the United States is $7.45 SURFACE MAIL ( can be very slow) or $ 8.95 AIR MAIL.   I can ship 3  small items for this same shipping charge.
