This lamp is hand crafted from a rare appalacian locust log.
This very old locust tree was killed about 4 years ago by a lightening strike on a friends mountain!
Locust is known for its' durability, density, & toughness.
Locust is a very HEAVY & strong wood
prized by early settlers for use in fencing & for outdoor construction due to its resistance to rot & insects.
Comes with all new UL Listed hardware, brass harp, & extra long cord with solid molded plug.
REAL SOUTHERN WHITETAIL DEER ANTLER FINIAL IS INCLUDED!
Add a sense of rustic drama to your decor!
Measures 17 inches tall to top of REAL antler finial.
Log diameter is approximately 6 inches.
Finished with a multiple coats of oil based varnish to retain natural patina & bring out the natural swirls in the wood grain.
Wiring is internal.
