This is a lovely 10" dinner plate. The decorations are hand painted under glaze. This pattern is called Prelude. There is a large pink flower and bud on brown stems with green leaves. The rim is green and the back side is brown. Stangl Pottery lines were produced from 1955 until 1978, when it was purchased by Pfaltzgraff. The plate measures 10" across. The bottom of the plate is marked in the center: Stangl / POTTERY / TRENTON, N.J. / PRELUDE. The plate is in good to very good condition. There is no damage to the plate; no flea-bites, no chips, no cracks, no crazing, no repairs. (invo:china105)
