This is a cute, little Christmas red pixie or elf figure. It appears to be made of papier mache and hand painted. The cap surface appears that it was flocked and there is a small brown pom-pon at the end. This figure measures only 2 3/4" high and is 7" long. The bottom of this figure has the vintage Norleans label which shows it was made in Japan. The Norleans label also bears the UCAGCO emblem. This figure is mate to a green pixie figure also up for auction. The pixie figure is in good to very good condition, to be expected of something from the mid-20th century. This figure has a stress hair-line crack at the side of head, behind the left ear (seen in last photo). There is no other damage; no flea-bites, no chips, no cracks, no repairs. (inc:china107)
